Hotsource Solutions was founded by a highly experienced Recruitment Business Manager, Consultant and Team Leader. Hotsource work with passion and conviction to serve their Clients and Candidates to the best of their ability. The founder of Hotsource has been successful in the IT Recruitment arena for the last 16 years and continues to enjoy working in a direct hiring and new business role. They have placed permanent & contract staff with a large number of UK and European based companies including a number of FTSE 100 organisations.

Paul Clarke
Founder & MD
Paul is originally from the Midlands, moved to London in 1993 and has worked as part of successful teams for 2 years in media sales, for 10 years in a large global IT Recruitment Firm and then ran another agency for 6 years successfully before setting up with Hotsource. He has a brain in his head by all accounts, being a Law Graduate and was even Called to the Bar way back when.
Outside of work, Paul has a passion for music having been a successful DJ, Band Manager and Record Producer. He has a love of various extreme sports, including freestyle skiing, FMX and Freestyle BMX. He is a keen pool player and likes to live life to the full.
You might have guessed, Paul also enjoys hot and spicy food. He has tasted some of the world's hottest chilli peppers and certainly knows his way around the phal side of the menu in Indian restaurants!
